Cytora announces expanded advisory board with former senior executive from PartnerRe joining

New advisory board member will provide strategic advice as Cytora continues global expansion

London, 19th March 2024: Cytora has announced the expansion of its global advisory board in welcoming insurance industry veteran Emmanuel Clarke. The move is designed to support Cytora’s global growth. 

 

Formerly president and CEO of PartnerRe, Emmanuel Clarke has had a broad and successful career in the insurance industry including leadership roles across property and casualty (P&C) and specialty lines as well as building out a global reinsurance business. Clarke serves on the board of various companies including Intact Financial Corporation, BMS and Compre. 

 

The advisory board group consists of leaders across the Commercial and Specialty insurance consisting of Bronek Masojada, Chair of SiriusPoint and formerly CEO of Hiscox, Kelly Lyles, board member at Convex and Howden Group, Jeffrey Hayman, Chair of R&Q Insurance Holdings and former board member of Zurich Insurance Group, John Bruno, President of Xerox and former Group COO & CEO of Data & Analytic Services of Aon and Bill Bloom, former CIO and Head of Operations at both The Hartford and Travelers, Thomas Huerlimann, board member of Hiscox and former CEO of Zurich Global Corporate, Adrian Brown, former UK CEO RSA, Karen Green, board member of Miller Insurance Services and Phoenix Group Holdings and Alan Morgan, former senior partner at McKinsey and head of financial services. 

 

Many members have been in executive positions leading brokers, insurance companies and reinsurers and as well as holding responsibility for large scale transformation programs. The appointments follow a period of significant growth for Cytora including a recently announced partnership with Chubb.
