Human review
The Cytora platform has an integrated human review console to review risk digitization jobs and manage exceptions. Configuration users can define confidence thresholds unlocking automation and triggering human review tasks where required. Administrative users can monitor processing of all digitization jobs. Human reviewers identify transactions that require review and zoom into specific fields that require attention, enabling validation of low confidence fields. Annotations made during human review are reviewed by subject matter experts and injected back into the platform enabling continuous model optimization.

FAQs
Typically admin and operations teams use human review to manage the flow of risks and review risk digitization jobs that require exception management. This involves reviewing digitization relative to the target schema, validating specific fields and managing exceptions where field confidence has not met predefined thresholds.
The human review console is directly generated from the schema. Any file classification and field is automatically added to the human review console.
The human review console is used in live risk processing to manage digitization jobs which have field level exceptions that require review, validation and input.
Admin users can drag and drop the correct information from original submission documents and automatically repopulate fields, preserving the spatial layout information which can be used for model feedback.
Admin users can click on field candidates and automatically see the provenance of where field candidates were digitized from within submission documents.
